Great video, and a great job rebuilding this car. The report you obtained appears to be the standard safety check that gets done every time they have to put the car on a ramp. However, I'm surprised that as they were aware that the car was a cat s damaged vehicle they did not do a 4 wheel alignment check to ensure that it really is safe to use and that the handling would not be compromised.

Sometimes I wish I’d gone for the V8. Currently having major issue with SOS limited functionality! Had 8 theft alerts in a week. It’s been back to the main dealer twice already !

Chris, these ‘dealership check’ videos are pretty dull compared to your usual content - same goes for Mat.
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned
from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the
Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas
station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel
pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in
the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems,
turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and
New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be
done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of
crime here, called "Bundes-Abgasbespaßungsverbots- und Kontrollverordnung" in German.
Well this is clearly nonsense. The EU isn’t banning the sale of petrol & diesel cars until 2035, so the chances of the banning those cars from public streets before then are nil. And the rest is tosh too.
