Fab idea...I've to make a card for a 13 year old boy who isn't into many activities! This card with a 13 would be perfect! If I can get a cupcake big stamp in time! Here's a tip - alcohol markers generally don't like embossing powder since it leaves a residue on the nib which eventually will clog up your markers 😏 instead, use your Stamping tool, stamp in black ink, color, then reposition cardstock in Stamping tool, restamp and then heat emboss 😊

I didn’t think I’d like the sentiment with a black line around it, but when you put it on the card, I thought it was perfect!
I thought the same, when i made the black lined one, i didn't really like it, but I think it was the right choice in the end!
You are not alone in not getting those blending brushes to work. I cannot get mine to work smoothly either. I thought it was just me and maybe I needed to practice more. But I tend to use my domed foam blenders and am happy with them, so haven't got around to using the brushes much. Each to their own, and finding out what works for you. I definitely like the domed foam blenders best.

For the little mistake in the cupcake, you could have put a tiny amount of Sparkle throughout to make it look like sprinkles or something like that. As always, I enjoy your videos.

It does look poufy!!! 😮 I have an embossing folder that creates that same look but with little buttons at each juncture. I used a beater and blue distress ink on the folder once, and it looked very similar. Like a sweet, comfy quilt!
