I’m am not affiliated to any particular religion. I was baptized when I was a child, but the older I get, the more I search all of the forms of religion.
As of yet, I have not found a singular religion that I believe to be true way to heaven.
I do know that all religions have one common belief, there is a creator and a higher power, no matter what name they call for the creator. I do find that comforting.
The chanting and prayer beads bring me comfort as well. Whether it is Buddhist or Catholic etc. Meditation I am still learning, but I know that the creator will lead me through this journey I am on.

Anybody from Germany ( close to Remagen) every Sunday at 15 Uhr, there are songs/prayers for world peace. Apollinaris kirche is the location, two nuns ( one old and one very young ) sing gloriously beautiful. And the church itself is worth a visit. And so too Remagen. 10 sept. Is Tag der offene denkmal ( the day when protected buildings are open to the public )

Muito bonitas essas canções. " Conhecidas como cânticos gregorianos". Eu hoje tenho 68 anos e comecei a ouvir este estilo quando tinha 13 anos quando era coroinha na igreja do sagrado coração de Jesus, em Fortaleza-CE. Além de coroinha, tinha um irmão, o mais velho, que era seminarista na mesma igreja. O seminário era em frente a igreja. E aos domingos, durante a celebração da Santa missa, o coral da igreja adentrava-a, já entoando os cantos gregorianos. E dali eu, hoje com 68 anos anos, sou apaixonado por este estilo musical. Com o advento da internet, escuto bastante os cânticos gregorianos. Na verdade escuto todos os dias. Não sei se mencionei, mas em 1979, no dia 31.03 meu irmão seminarista faleceu num acidente de carro. Mas eu tenho recordações dele, ao ouvir estas lindas canções. Obrigado senhor. Jorge 🤠🌹🙏.

Why do i want to miss heaven?
I am atheist; but there is an absolute purity in Gregorian Chants that bring calmness and clarity to my troubled mind on a daily basis. I know not what they sing of-that is an irrelevance to me. Rather it is the cadences and harmonies that engage me.
Greetings from 🇨🇦 I always play & leave Gregorian in my home in a building with many people with negativity.
I find "the air thinner", easier to breathe and relax in my home surrounded by other tenants. I also ask for God's Protection over all of us.

Да, очень похожи между собою древние напевы: византийский,древнерусский знаменный и григорианский хорал.Внутренней глубиной, мелодией даже, одноголосием....Порою даже слышу в григорианском пении и знаменное,родное.Жти древние распевы даны нам Богом, через святых людей, препод.ИоаннаДамаскина,свят.Григория папы Римского.я рада,что есть такое пение ещё у католиков.Там ,где я жила раньше, этого не было.А тут и без органа ,и на латыни,вместо органа человек славит Творца!
