I might be late on commenting on this video and maybe nobody will see this comment, but I come here every morning and afternoon because of my depression. This calming music helped me a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me through my tough times. (Sorry about my grammar...)

My brother/sister, the pull to hear that which inspires God is a beautiful thing. Depression is terribly real thing, but it's also a secret device of tenderness that can find the Lord in ways most cannot. The sad/dull and disassociative feelings that can come from depression are present, ofcourse.. always lurking behind a thought or decision.. but the more your thoughts and decisions are surrounded upon the sacred heart of Jesus, the more capable you'll be of feeling true love and acceptance. Don't feel alone my friend. Ask how you can use what you feel as a vehicle to the Lord. I speak from very real experience.

Most beautiful music on this earthly plane,takes me home to Saint Augustine,a small chapel,where I would go to pray often as a teenager and adult. I felt safe there.
