2 parter! WLSFA Nashville RECAP!!! and Self Care in Crisis Mode.

SO Nashville was AWESOME, the #WLSFA is an AMAAAAAZING organization and i'm SO glad to have been any part in this weekends events. Recapping some of my favorite parts of the experience, getting super sappy about it too.
Part 2 - i got home from Nashville to deal with an immediate family emergency, and had to learn how to still put myself semi-first even while struggling through crisis mode....so just addressing that for a second, and thank you to the people who reminded me that i need to care about me.
