- i had to delete my muffler guys ,incredible experience in my opinion !
it only costed me $200
yes i called bmw before doing it to make sure it would not void my warranty
i still have resonator tho ,without it i think i was going to be way too loud

What size exhaust tips? 4 inch? Did you keep the cats on?
Sounds sick, but worried about the drone when cruising on highways
Trust me It is awesome. Check how it sounds on my Instagram for cars , Also you won't really notice the drone that much , if you like deep exhaust sound you are definitely going to get it if you make this change ! Wife drives it more than me and she never said anything about the drone !
Hey I just checked about the drone noise and he does make the drone at 2,700 RPMs but anything lower than that or higher than that it just disappears so you're fine

i was thinking to cu tmufflers or not , evereone say no drone - so i cut today it drone as crazy at 2700 so if you worry about it dont cut them . i am thinking to weld all beck again

Nothing to worry about cus when u drive you are going to be always below that 2700 unless u speed up which ain't bad

Hey the guy actually bending it while he was working on getting it to fit, it took him approximately an hour to get both sides done

To be honest I have no idea , i was lucky because when I went to delete the mufflers the guy had those 2 tips at his shop!
Will this pass the inspection? I wanna do on mine , But I am afraid it won’t pass the inspection.
Depending on the state. Most states allow you to, as long as you don’t cut off the cats you should be good, in some states you don’t have to pass emissions, so you can cut off the cats.
i’ve a question, what the different with resonator delete and muffler delete, what do you prefer then?, or just delete both of them for a better sound?
Correct if you delete both it’ll sounds soo much louder. But if you don’t want it to drone in the car, a muffler delete by itself will be just perfect by making it sound aggressive and not too loud.

Well from stock to what it came out to be I was very happy, now if you're willing to go louder you just delete the resonators

Too much drone with muffler delete! You should cut out resonators and mid muffler. Leave the back mufflers on!
Sorry bud but i do not agree , i made another video that shows the drone only at 2700 rpms which to me makes it acceptable!
Honestly you can cut out mufflers and if its to loud buy cheap mini resonators on ebay and install them where mufflers would go and should help with the drone my buddy did that with his audi and sounds great
very unhappy with mine... drones at 2000 rpm HARD. every time from a stop light if i just want to drive normally the car just becomes unbearably loud...I did a muffler bypass, and also resonator delete (by changing its H pipe to an X pipe). The volume at 2000 rpm is so low and so loud, louder than redlining the freaking thing.... its so dumb. ANd it makes the entire car shake so much to the point that the shitty plastic cup holders rattle (why on EARTH would BMW use plastic frames for cup holder???? I don't get it? I can't cost them more than $10 to get either connected plastic, molded plastic, or just anything else than a loose plastic frame. Even my new X7 uses shitty plastic frames and rattle. I dont god damn understand....)
Its unbearable. I want to sell the car now and just get a different vehicle...so angr.

Resonator is what helps the engine to quite down!
As you can see i just deleted the mufflers on mine and nothing else!
Cops will stop you too because of how loud it might sound!
This is my suggestion to you and i know for sure you will be very happy with it!

@@magnatando4real ugh. So angry at the shop now. I changed the piping into an X pipe which also meant a resonator delete. But it made almost no noise at first. So we added a muffler bypass. But turns out the x pipe exaggerates the bypass. I already paid all this money...not sure if I want to spend more to revert it.

@@magnatando4real nothing up with it. Just a typical x pipe changing out the original H pipe (+resonators). And a singular muffler bypass (didn't do both)
