Angreez means English, the man is Scottish. Its like a Pakistani called Indian

yes - pakistanis nowadays are great at being generous & polite with guests however very much so the opposite towards their own families.
Callum it’s good to see you enjoying and exploring Pakistan specially Mirpur.
So the barat is the procession made of the grooms family and friends who travel to the brides home/venue. When they arrive the actual vows are done, the brides side provide a meal, and eventually the bride leaves with the groom to her new home. Sometimes people do wedding cake too.
The drinks/snack stops are a tradition from the past where people used to travel by foot long distances with wedding processions.
Also its increasingly common to have the vows done before hand nowadays in a separate nikkah ceremony. This was people are able to pack in more "new traditions" into the wedding day, like lots of choreographed photography for example.

You lucky the wedding is local if the other side was from a distance like Lahore then the journey would be to that destination dependant on the brides / grooms home town!, it is a tradition to stop for a “tea stop invite “ on the way to the main reception of the wedding. I live here in the uk but Scotland is my favourite place in uk as I’m a nature lover and a trekker by nature

Baraat is the main event where groom goes to get the bride.
Then we have Waleema in which bridegroom invites people and they give gifts and/or eat food.
My favorite is Mehndi(Henna) BTW. It's not a very important event as compared to baraat and waleema but it's common. We have it before Baraat. We apply henna and oil to groom and/or bride and feed them confectionery sweets. People dance and it's really a fun event.
Very poor people often skip mehendi event and also baraat instead they have a simple nikah (where bride and groom agree to get married and sign documents, say prayers etc.) This is the most important and compulsory thing for a marriage to be considered done in Islam. Then Waleema is the tradition of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) so is super common in Pakistan.
The Baraat is the Grooms family getting ready and going to the bride , The wedding day
The car procession includes cars,bikes vans
They make their way with music and dancing,sometimes stopping along the way for a snack
