I wish someone explained how a Radiation from the Fallout series works in the Roblox fashion. Since as far as i know, there is a invisible cube with a script that is attached with another script. It is a complicated but that is the most easiest thing i figured out on my own. Including the threshold wich changes the max health till it is zero and then it resets once the player dies.
