I checked this video before my belt exam tonight (From ½ to yellow) to get some pointers to correct my back-kick, and my master told me my exam was virtually flawless and that my Dwit Chagi improved a great deal :D Thanks for the tips, Master Bateman!!

Glad you enjoyed...I look forward to the channel growing to provide more training suggestions and other relevant tutorials! This is not the best video as I am recovering from a lower back strain.

    Hi!
My parents used to move a lot wheb I was young and as I changed schools I would always get bully, kids running after me with sticks and throwing stones.
My parents got me into tae kwon do. With time, it didnt stop the bullying because I could not use it out of the dojo.
One day, the bigger guy hit me with a rock behind the head and I fell on the ground. As people were laughing this is when I snapped and ran directly towards the guy at which point I did a side kick which I believe my sensai called it a bi chagi. It hit his face and the kick made him spin around but his leg was planted into the ground that it twisted on impact and broke or tore something in his leg. I was shocked and afraid.
I never knew years of practicing something as subtle as this kick could do devastating damage like that especially at 12 years old.
It stopped the bullying completely but the kids were afraid of me after that.
Ever since, I never got into a fight again. But because of that bullying, I understand now why I look like the hardest person working out at the gym through sweat wear and tear.
I stopped tae kwon do and started practicing qi gongs and the 108 movement forms of tai chi chuan.
My question to you is, do you feel like with years of practice you feel somewhat even more alone or distant from others or more connected?

This was my favorite 😊 kick ☺️ when I kicked this kick 😅 the guy who held the mitts did actually fly 💸 and boom 🤯💥 at the wall 🧱 and I was 12 years old 😁 today I can't do it because the mitts holder would die ☠️ or be crippled 🤒 yeah my weight is 4 times more and much more muscle 💪 no steroids, wasted my life on Martial Arts anyway I can't use this shit 💩 because I don't want to go to jail 😂
