The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. That last part with the runs was done in one breath....if you rewatch it. He came to "fame" during his Singer 2017 competition, with the song SOS... unexpected overnight sensation. The rest is history.... explained in some of the comments I've read. The lyrics to his songs are always beautiful, well meaning whether singing about love, his country, inspiration. Dimash is amazing. He does so many genres. Not everyone will like all of them, but if you do apprecitate vocal talent, there truly is no one like him. Try the song "Stranger" from New Wave. You may also like his fun MV "Be With Me," that he says was inspired by Michael Jackson and Jackie Chan. He raps in his native language in that one and kicks some a$$ in an fight scene. He said it is supposed to be a comedy, so it's ok to laugh at him chasing the woman in the video. Another very different (not classical style) is another recent MV called "When I've Got you." It is definitely a mini movie with him as a vampire. More blues inspired and I also feel like a little a 1950's rock style.

He frequently manages to find a way around the barriers between him and them and weaves his way through the audience. He seems to be doing it less often now, but maybe I just haven't seen the right concerts. When he sang here in Brooklyn, he spent a lot of time doing that. He is kind when he's offstage, too, There are videos of him jumping up to give an elderly lady his seat at the airpot, carrying the child of one of the fans following him out of an airport. He gave his suit jacket to an autistic child fan, who flung himself into Dimash's lap. He even kept in touch with him and his mother and had them visit him ad his family, and his entire family treated them like family.l

My first songs I heard from Dimash were SOS and Sinful passion. You will be tied up like all of his "dears”. That's what Dimash calls his fans and there are millions of us around the world. Dimash was born into a household of musicians. At age 5 he began training at a music school where he was diagnosed with "absolute pitch." At age 6 he won his first piano competition. He continued his studies and graduated from the University of Classical and Contemporary Music. He has a master's degree in composition and is pursuing a doctorate in musicology. He is a multi-instrumentalist (6), as well as a vocalist and composer. He has ventured into acting, audiovisual direction, dance, advertising modeling (he is 6.3 feet tall). I havent stopped watching Dimash now for 3 weeks when I discovered him, I am now huge fan and a dear for sure. I am in Cape Town so he is getting traction now in the west. So well deserved My opinion he is the best singer of our time. 8 octave vocals I heard from a german voice coach that saw him now in germany.

Dimash is a highly trained singer in a Bel Canto technique, that is why it gave you the opera vibe 😊 but don't be fooled, he can easily sing in a pop genre too 😊 this performance was in front of a russian audience... They don't jump from their seats, they sit and clap... it's a cultural thing. The more videos u watch, the more u get used to a different approach from audiences from all over the world.
I get what you saying but standing up and clapping doesn’t seem like a cultural thing to me it’s a human thing, naturally people will stand up and clap but maybe I’m wrong.
Some of them were standing of course, but they like to do the flowers instead there. I guess they are more like classical music audiences are here, they respectfully applaud at certain points, but there are fewer standing ovations and no yelling and hooting lol - although the people were yelling and hooting in this performance!

Dimash is doing a cover of Sinful Passion by the band A Studio based in Moscow. The band is backing him up here. The pianist wrote the lyrics and some of the melody. Dimash made the song his own. The original singer sang it very differently. Dimash trained as an opera singer in school and was offered a position with the national opera company. He declined, saying that he wanted to pursue all kinds of music. The changes he made to the original song showcase his vocal abilities. He is versatile, sings everything, all genres, all ranges. Born with perfect pitch, he has been on stages his entire life. His mother is an opera soprano, and his father was a pop singer. He says he feels more at home onstage than at home🎉❤🎉

It was obvious that you were paying more attention to the words rather than Dimash's voice until he hit you with switching to that unexpected range. You are the first reactor I have watched who was more fascinated with the words than with the voice. You said that his gift is God-given, and Dimash says the same thing. He adds that when God gives a gift, it is to be nurtured and developed. By the way, the name Dimash means "God's gift." No, there was nothing electronic used to enhance Dimash's voice, not necessary, and although there are a few music videos, the majority of his videos are live. He holds concerts for 2 & a half to 3 hours. There is so much that makes Dimash as beloved as he is around the world... literally, around the world. He had a concert in New York at the Barclay Center in 2019 just before Covid shut the world down. There were fans from 54 countries and 47 of the States here in America. Oh, and just for the record, he sings in 15 different languages and still does vocal training for 3-4 hours EVERY day. He has been training, singing since age 5 and is the most well-trained, professional and diverse performer u will ever encounter. I love his Freddie mercury. “The show must go on”. He,probably because of the wars in those states, is very much into war and peace songs. But he can do anything. He has an 8 octave range off both sides of the piano. He is about 6 ft 4 and damn good looking . He is a very humble man and loves children.He often includes the audience in his singing. He’ll point the microphone at them and let them sing verses of his songs..Get to know this guy. People actually fly across the world to be at his performances. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. That last part with the runs was done in one breath....if you rewatch it. He came to "fame" during his Singer 2017 competition, with the song SOS... unexpected overnight sensation. Dimash is amazing. He does so many genres. Not everyone will like all of them, but if you do apprecitate vocal talent, there truly is no one like him. Try the song "Stranger" from New Wave. You may also like his fun MV "Be With Me," that he says was inspired by Michael Jackson and Jackie Chan. He raps in his native language in that one and kicks some a$$ in an fight scene. He said it is supposed to be a comedy, so it's ok to laugh at him chasing the woman in the video. Another very different (not classical style) is another recent MV called "When I've Got you." It is definitely a mini movie with him as a vampire. More blues inspired and I also feel like a little a 1950's rock style.

The flowers go to childrens' hospitals and retirement homes. He still allows his fans to approach him to hand them to him.

He frequently manages to find a way around the barriers between him and them and weaves his way through the audience. He seems to be doing it less often now, but maybe I just haven't seen the right concerts. When he sang here in Brooklyn, he spent a lot of time doing that. He is kind when he's offstage, too, There are videos of him jumping up to give an elderly lady his seat at the airpot, carrying the child of one of the fans following him out of an airport. He gave his suit jacket to an autistic child fan, who flung himself into Dimash's lap. He even kept in touch with him and his mother and had them visit him ad his family, and his entire family treated them like family.l

Ah, you have stumbled onto arguably the best vocalist in a thousand years. Dimash has been in musical training since he was 5 yrs old. He has or is in the process of receiving his PhD in Musicology. This performance is just a hint of his unfathomable talent and mastery of both vocals and musical composition. Dimash, a native of Kazakhstan, is regarded as a Kazakh National Treasure and Cultural Ambassador and is a mega star in the Asian countries (especially China), Russia and steadily conquering the world with his original musical fusion of many genres of music. His most recent Stranger World Concert Tour is still underway with his recently held sold out concerts in Prague Czech Republic and Dusseldorf German in November 2024. We are hoping his next countries (to be announced) will include the USA in 2025. His fans are in the many millions around the world. The official Dimash USA Fanclub is currently at about 20k and growing quickly. Fastest growing fanclubs (I believe) are in South America and Mexico (I believe they have outstripped the USA at least for the moment as it continues to grow every day.) Fans (he calls them Dears) fly to his concerts from every part of the globe wherever they are held. The recent Sept 2024 back to back concerts in Astana Kazakhstan had Dears flying in from almost 80 countries and packed his 2 concerts with 60,000 sold out seats.

Hello!! Welcome to the Dimash era!!! The first time I heard Dimash I was surprised just like you. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My first songs I heard from Dimash were SOS and Sinful passion. You will be tied up like all of his "dears”. That's what Dimash calls his fans and there are millions of us around the world. Dimash was born into a household of musicians. At age 5 he began training at a music school where he was diagnosed with "absolute pitch." At age 6 he won his first piano competition. He continued his studies and graduated from the University of Classical and Contemporary Music. He has a master's degree in composition and is pursuing a doctorate in musicology. He is a multi-instrumentalist (6), as well as a vocalist and composer. He has ventured into acting, audiovisual direction, dance, advertising modeling (he is 6.3 feet tall). He has won countless awards and honors throughout his career. The most surprising thing is that he is barely 30 years old. He speaks Kazakh (native language),Russian and English and studies Mandarin Chinese. He sings in 14 languages. Finally I will tell you that above all these characteristics, he is an extraordinary human being who loves peace, respectful of his parents, family and culture and the best ambassador of his country to the world!!!

I havent stopped watching Dimash now for 3 weeks when I discovered him, I am now huge fan and a dear for sure. I am in Cape Town so he is getting traction now in the west. Dimash is a highly trained singer in a Bel Canto technique, that is why it gave you the opera vibe 😊 but don't be fooled, he can easily sing in a pop genre too 😊 this performance was in front of a russian audience... They don't jump from their seats, they sit and clap... it's a cultural thing. The more videos u watch, the more u get used to a different approach from audiences from all over the world.
I get what you saying but standing up and clapping doesn’t seem like a cultural thing to me it’s a human thing, naturally people will stand up and clap but maybe I’m wrong.
Some of them were standing of course, but they like to do the flowers instead there. I guess they are more like classical music audiences are here, they respectfully applaud at certain points, but there are fewer standing ovations and no yelling and hooting lol - although the people were yelling and hooting in this performance!

Dimash is doing a cover of Sinful Passion by the band A Studio based in Moscow. The band is backing him up here. The pianist wrote the lyrics and some of the melody. Dimash made the song his own. The original singer sang it very differently.
Dimash trained as an opera singer in school and was offered a position with the national opera company. He declined, saying that he wanted to pursue all kinds of music. The changes he made to the original song showcase his vocal abilities. He is versatile, sings everything, all genres, all ranges. Born with perfect pitch, he has been on stages his entire life. His mother is an opera soprano, and his father was a pop singer. He says he feels more at home onstage than at home🎉❤🎉

It was obvious that you were paying more attention to the words rather than Dimash's voice until he hit you with switching to that unexpected range. You are the first reactor I have watched who was more fascinated with the words than with the voice. You said that his gift is God-given, and Dimash says the same thing. He adds that when God gives a gift, it is to be nurtured and developed. By the way, the name Dimash means "God's gift." No, there was nothing electronic used to enhance Dimash's voice, not necessary, and although there are a few music videos, the majority of his videos are live. He holds concerts for 2 & a half to 3 hours. There is so much that makes Dimash as beloved as he is around the world... literally, around the world. He had a concert in New York at the Barclay Center in 2019 just before Covid shut the world down. There were fans from 54 countries and 47 of the States here in America. Oh, and just for the record, he sings in 15 different languages and still does vocal training for 3-4 hours EVERY day. You will learn more about Dimahs as you watch more of his videos, we "Dears" will educate you. 😄😄💖💖
