These are some of my favorite at holiday gathering.(lasagna, Italian sea food medley, meatloaf, chilli and cornbread, shrimp scampi, meatballs and spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, shrimp Alfredo along with our traditional dishes from Jamaica including cow dick soup. As far as I'm concerned jamaicans are great cooks, and most of the men can cook also don't think anyone can do oxtails better than jamaicans, i also love their calloloo and salt fish my favorite..
