I think he is one of the cornerstones of the Japanese attacks, but his ability in service reception and pinch setting makes him a well-rounded player and a force to be reckoned with 🥰🥰🥰

Definitely the best asian volleyball player! He is so good at passing, blocking, setting, spiking and is very smart too. If he played in Sada Cruzeiro he would do very well. Ishikawa needs a good team to show his real potential.

Because if that was the case then why was Padova placed mid ranking in the table yet juantorena has lead Lube to two champions league titles, an Italian superlega title, a coppa italia title, and why did Ngapeth have a legendary run with Modena in 2016 letting them win every award possible. Ishikawa is good no doubt but he's not on the level of juantorena or Ngapeth yet.

I'm a Korean but Koga and Ishikawa makes me envy Japanese volleyball fans. Even though we won Japan yesterday hope that I can keep seeing the two talented(&cute😆) players throughout the Olympic Games.
Ishikawa has all qualities for leader...A leader is a leader...If u know Something about Indian Cricket Team..Then in MS DHONI's time when he was captain he had more extraordinary players than him..but his coach believed that he can lead these amazing young talents than aynone else coz he had patience and great decision making quality that any of his teammate did not have...So in the case of Ishikawa....He can lead nishida ,fukuzawa,yanagida and many more extraordinary players in his team Never forget that Every player has a differnet job to do nd Captain is also a player.....
