Hey Joel! As long as the homesite is big enough, and you stay within the BRL's (Building Restriction Lines), and get HOA approval, you could put a pool in your backyard. Realistically a small plunge pool would work best. That lake behind the model home is gorgeous and so blue!

I live in Khov Belle Terre , no one's aloud to put a pool in . There is a community pool.
