This is around 4800 badges which if youre VIP level 14 then it will take you 960 days to get them equation is 4800 ÷ 4(Vip)+1(DailyMission) this equation does not include the Archive rewards as i am too lazy to add it up in the equation, but lets say you get 4 from the archive per week from that, and all the Events like Biozone rewards, Rhineland Rewards, Roulette Rewards so it could take around a year and a half to accomplish
