Dance Routine that helped my Vaginal Birth

  • This Dance Routines was opted by me after I had consulted with my doctor and ensured I was medically and physically fit to do this.
I always loved dancing through my pregnancy as I had zero complications. I found it easier to do half squats as a dance than as exercise. The sound of kol is stimulating for your baby too.

Your body is very different during pregnancy and you entire centre of gravity changes. You shouldn't be trusting solely your familiarity of your body for exercising during pregnancy, especially if you are not someone who has been consistently training for years. Not everyone is highly in tune with their own body's limits

It’s always wise to consult a doctor before starting any exercise, regardless of whether you’re pregnant or not. There may be factors you’re not aware of that do not permit for you to do things like this. I have a friend who had an incompetent cervix during her pregnancy. Because of this condition, she was on bed rest and something like this would’ve been out of the question.

When I was pregnant I started doing exercise from 6th month onwards.
Started with breathing exercises, walking, butterfly exercise, half squats(rinsing clothes, I didn’t feel like I was doing exercise) n last was duck walk n I did it in the 8th month.
All these helped me for normal delivery n specially breathing exercises. If you can’t do half squats n duck walk, do some activities which are similar to those.

    Talk to your baby

Doing more exercises will not help for vaginal delivery. Women should enjoy the birth process during labour. If you are scared about the birth process, even your exercises and healthy diet wont help you - doctors will simply suggest for a c-section. Be a strong woman! Life makes everything easy and possible with strong determination. Kudos to all moms.

I had a vaginal birth... And i had explicitly done such exercises, not treated myself as sick... I had some form of pregnancy sickness ongoing but i would tell myself that it is a part of the process and get over with it soon...
    Now, that is normal...
But nowadays, where i stay, almost 99% women are having c-section births... In my peer group itself in the only one with a vaginal birth and I'm told that i got it easy... It feels unfair as i was one of the first to get pregnant and later i would advise all to exercise and eat healthy (which they obviously would not/did not, they would panic and rest excessively and/or eat incorrect stuff)...
None exercised and told me i was crazy that i did so... But I'm the only one with a vaginal birth... I sometimes kind of left out from this c-section club...
But women don't want to understand that pregnancy is not a disease and healthy rhythmic movement builds up to a good labour... Sorry for the rant....

Prior to having good medical facilities many women used to die during childbirth, not every pregnancy is same, not every body is same .. for a normal healthy person being active is considered good as it builds stamina for child birth. However there are other complications faced by many other women who may not have bigger pelvic, or heavy baby , might be nutrient deficienct , high bp, low bp, many many women need medical help , ok from doctor to even walk in case of hematoma and other complications..

With child birth and growing my child into toddlerhood i understood that there's no hard rule. Doing what's best for both child and mother in that particular situation works.
One good thing is it only gets better you are still in early motherhood phase which is very hard. Stay kind towards yourself and try to ignore unnecessary noise around you.

S pregnancy is not a disease unless it is accepted by ur family members during my second pregnancy my family members completely made me feel down thus leading me not to trust myself which lead to c sec though my first delivery is normal only my hubby supported me in every move. If someone is reading the comment plz respect women for 2 nd pregnancy also especially her parents coz in India only tc of first pregnancy of women is her parents duty and then even if she dies in second it's nothing matters to them plz support her in 2 nd and 3 Rd pregnancy also instead of putting her feel down anyways thankyou for such interesting vedio dr sister

Plz consult your obstetrician before doing such things.. This lady is not a doctor, so she can't generalise what to do or what helped her

    Before doing exercise Consult doctor

  • @LifestyleVlogsby_ADITHYA

Guys.. Being active or doing exercise is not for normal delivery... It has many benefits... Ofcourse consult your doctor before doing it... Moreover there are various factors deciding c section or normal delivery... U guys are educated right.. Please do some research regarding this...
Moreover if a women was already used to workout before pregnancy then definitely she will be comfortable doing it during pregnancy if there is no other complications... All my doctors asked me to continue my workout during pregnancy as well... So please don't say it blindly... If u can't do, doesn't mean others also can't do.... If your pregnancy is healthy it won't affect you or your baby... In an unhealthy pregnancy if you take bedrest also miscarriage can happen.... So please don't blame the women if miscarriage happens...Even the doctors have said this...
