I agree that he is full of wisdom, but I don't agree with him on one nation one election. My reasoning is India is very vast country to conduct state elections in one go considering the geographical diversity. Political aspect is ruling parties can go numb and dumb in 5 years after winning and opposition will be inactive. If this happens the parties can rule for the large period of time controlling media and propaganda at the time of elections (This is currently happening in national media and in some states too and celebrities are also a part of it).

Great to listen sadguru. This is what great Shankaracharya did for uniting this country. Why only Tamilnadus temple, INDIA need to have all India or world temple board like SGPC. Some temples having huge money, which respective state government are using for non religious purpose, on other hand many ancient temples decaying due lack of funds. This pathetic situation must need to changed, devoted and competent people of all region and caste need to involved through a transperent process for protection our great cultural heritage.

This is a considerable issue but a very big country and huge population. Like US there can be election once in 2 and (1/2) years is more appropriate target. If anything goes wrong prematurely at central or state level we can have national government in center based on parliament composition and in state there can be state level government based on state legislative assembly composition.
If there is national government before an 2 1/2 year wait for following election there can also be a Common Minimum Program for national govt. like former UPA govt had by Sri.P.Chidambaram under UPA govt.Logically in similar state level common govt also there can be common minimum program for that particular state until next election is due within next 21/2 years
Small parties can be given a prominent members in continuous/permanent parliament committees especially in issues for medium term which will also serve their aspirational needs
