i saute the masalas by adding besan powder..it provides gud taste and gives gud binding..and add dry wheat flour abit b4 closing the stuffed ball..as per my experience, sauteing the masalas will fill the house with a craving aroma and i enjoy eating if the aroma is impressive..same concepts of eating in hotel
