Thank you for your comment. I'm afraid it's my normal walking speed and the videos are X1, but I absolutely must take it a little easier and slow-down when shooting :)
It's around 10 meters deep. Since Sørenga is an old port it could facilitate middle-size cargo boats. Some parts of it however are extremely shallow and swimming/diving there is forbidden, especially after a row of accidents with casualtis. Those areas are marked now

Far too much filming into the sun (poor picture quality), and a lack of quality close ups.
