    countryside small village or rice field can buy land normal 300 000-500 000 baht and build this normal house 500-800 000 baht same tourist city phuket and pattaya cost 3 million baht. udon thani only old house land center city cost 10 million baht. before 6 million baht house sell today 2 million many many city all prices has drop lot today.

      That’s right. In villages the land is cheaper.

    That's true ..in rural area you can get a big piece of land with cheap price.

      Hi there. I am doing good. How are you doing? Sure, the price of the land differ a lot according to the area. If I talk about my village, the price for 1 Acre of land is 800,000 baht or around $23,000 USD.

      Hello, Foreigners cannot buy land directly on their name. They can buy it through a company, but even in company there needs to be a Thai partner. As a foreigner you can lease a land for upto 30 years on your name.

      @@annandsaminthailand and can make law office papers if buy whit wife or girlfriend name house not can sell,rent,warranty to bank etc you house all you life. then have sure not fail you invest. thai wife or GF not can do anythink this land whitout you. you can live you house all you life good, land not can make foreigns name but house can make foreigns name or lease own land 30 year plus option next 30 year. or make law office paper what i say before. if stay reitree 60 y old men no matter 30 year leasy can use not need more time, and no matter after yo die what land and house doing, newermind.
