I'm Filipino American, and living in Japan. It's so nice to know that Russians love Filipino culture and foods! Just last week I experimented, I made Pandesal into Siopao (baked pork buns with boiled egg) It was a success, my kids loved it. Next week, I will use Pandesal as cheese burger buns.

The main thing is that your mom is trying the recipes and putting her on twist. I looked at recipes I want to try to cook but never follow it right to the T. Kudos to your mom for loving Filipino dish and hoping that your family will enjoy authentic Filipino food once you arrive in the Philippines.

even the gravy that mama Olya, made for the lechon kawali, should be cook and put a little bit vinegar and soy sauce to make it a little bit darker like jollibee gravy sauce so that the gravy will not be spoil quickly
I love your mom. But you do not put tomato and vinegar on panvit bihon. Also please wash the bihon first in hot water, but do not soak too long. You only drop the bihon to the vegies if the soup is already boiling. Do not overcook the vegies.

If you have margarine there, thats the best in ensaymada than butter. Then sprinkle it with plain sugar then cheese. But still you're improving. From Cavite Philippines with love.
