I lived in berlin and was born there...when i see part of my beloved hometown now? Young, we would have called that ghetto......somehow badly kept.....run down. And as we know, people make GHETTOS....now who are these people.....being busy making ghettos. Its not the lack of money its the culture...or whatever it is called
