I went to Disneyland 5 days ago for Halloween Time and it was amazing. My favourite thing to do was to watch the Halloween fireworks above the Castle. I'm so sad its over now!
A few years back, (I must have been like 12 I think, I'm 17 now) I went for Halloween because my mom's job had a yearly trip where we'd all go down for a discount and it was pretty fun, but this year was my first (and only) time seeing Halloween, and let me tell you, it's absolutely gorgeous. Disney goes all out with their holidays. I used to be terrified of the HM and would refuse to even look at the facade, usually when we needed to cross over to go to Pirates or something, I'd make my parents book it across HM because I was so scared of it lmao. Low and behold, my favorite movie was and still is Nightmare Before Christmas ironically, and at this time the overlay was up. My parents noticed this and used this as a way to get me into the Haunted Mansion without my knowing. I noticed the giant Jack Skellington and my parents made a deal with me and convinced me to go on it. After my 12 years of absolute fear of The Haunted Mansion, it turns out that after I rode it myself, I actually fell in love with it and it's still my favorite attraction in the whole park to this day, ironically.

First of all, thank you for listening! I loved the vid! My sister and her husband went to the park about a week ago and experienced Disneyland at its spookiest! They loved all of the updates and managed to get to space mountain in a short line of five minutes! It was their favorite!
Out of all the times I have been to Disneyland throughout my life, I have still not experienced Disneyland Halloween

I was so happy seeing you took a look at Disneyland and what it does for Halloween. I'd love to go and check it out though I've been lucky to see the Haunted Mansion overlay while it was still there for Christmas. The fact that for the Haunted Mansion Nightmare before Christmas gingerbread house was left out is a little sad. They created a different one every year and that fact that its real is amazing. Going into the dinner scene where its place is amazing because of how much of it you can smell.

interesting fact i noticed while at Disney is that in Maters graveyard ride there isn't one song that plays but it is changed every once in awhile with other songs sung by mater himself in a spooky style. Mater also says a whole bunch of Halloween style puns all throughout it.
Mickey's Halloween Party is amazing! We got a ridiculous amount of treats and it was so much fun to see other guests in their costumes. Every ride was a walk on except for Haunted Mansion Holiday and Ghost Galaxy.
I saw the meet and greet area last year for Jack and Sally before they opened it up! It was cool and well decorated

I'm actually going to Disneyland later this month! I am so excited, I cannot wait! I've been before, but the last time I went, Cars Land wasn't open. I'm excited to see the overlay. My personal favorite is the Ghost Galaxy overlay at Space Mountain. I was terrified the first time I rode it and I loved it! I can't wait to return again!
We have went to Disneyland the past two Sundays, got a fastpass for the Space Mountain attraction. Both times when our pass was activated, the ride was down.
