This is easily one of the coolest things ive seen come out of the nfl. Elite level pros, joining together with brotherhood, focus, fun, and getting work. I cant wait to see it become bigger and have more position groups follow.
OL and DL guys have been doing this for years.

Honestly, it’s really cool of Kelce giving tips to TE’s that he will be facing soon. As competitive as he is.
Well it’s because a lot of what Kelce does is just apart of his DNA you can teach a TE how to play but they cannot replicate what you offer guys like Kelce,Gronk & Kittle all different all beast at what they do.
Well technically he never faces any other TE, just teams defense. But most vet level nfl guys spread knowledge a lot since they’ve “made it” already.

Receivers can learn a lot from this too definitely if you a slot
Naw no slot should take technique from bigger wrs or tight ends. Everything in the slot is a lot more shifty, quicker, and faster then the movement that a big body Wr or tightend might use
@Rob O ok but that has nothing to do with how a guy moves a slot should never run routes like a tight end just as a slot should never run a route like a big wideout cause what’s successful for them isn’t for a slot
@Rob O are you dumb I never said they can’t line up anywhere or can’t run certain routes what I’m saying is that the way bigger guys run there routes is not very helpful to model you game after if your a slot guy.

Olsen and Shockey are not on speaking terms anymore. He would have not been welcomed there.
The TEs all around don't really like Shockey. Giants don't like him too cause he spoke bad about Coughlin and also he is not liked by the Saints cause he snitched on Bounty Gate 2009-2010. He just doesn't have good relationships all around.

@@charleshouston3407 Waller might be the best TE in the league. He got 2 back to back 1100 yds seasons. He is a stud. Tebow probably won't even make a roster so Kittle thought why waste a spot when they can bring in someone who would make a roster and actually find the information useful
