    After having a mommy meltdown I was curious to find a meditation for how I was feeling and so happy I found this! The part about forgiving at our favorite place made me cry! I strive to be the best mom to my babies! Thank you for this!

    Having a meltdown for the last few months after waking with baby boy every hour, waking up at 5am with him, not getting to eat because I make everyone's food, and cleaning the entire house but myself. I am losing it- but it was nice to listen to for a few minutes while taking care of my son and cleaning at the same time.

    I had the most stressful days moving house alone with my toddler and I felt so tired and stressed that it made me shout at her, when I never do this
    She fell asleep and I did this meditation. I feel so much better
    I especially liked hugging myself
    Such a good tool ❤️🤗

    I whooped my daughter this morning and I felt horrible. I asked her to forgive me later before she left for school and we cried and hugged each other. I immediately came searching for hypnosis for being more calm and tolerant and i felt on this meditation. The forgiveness part broke me into tears coz we literally had that moment some minutes ago. I believe I m a calmer mother. I need that in other not to inflict the same pains i had in my childhood on my daughter. Thanks for this meditation it's well saved

    I have anxiety and tightness on throat
    Worrying about losing my son when there’s actually no reason to worry
    I think they come from my brother he’s making me call ambulance every week for him and has caused incredible stress to me

    I was enjoying this meditation until the “sorry for all the times we caused you stress, for all the times we made you angry”. My child doesn’t make me angry. Maybe they hit a trigger and I involuntarily respond with anger. Or maybe my cup is empty and I respond with anger. Either time this is on me. I have full responsibility for my emotions and reactions to their behavior. My child is not responsible for my emotions.

    i realize i am so late on this, but i had to tell someone how deeply this affected me. i literally searched "meditation for overwhelm for moms" and randomly chose this so i didn't scream at my kids. the second she said put a hand on your womb and feel it relax, i started crying. hit me out of nowhere and made me realize how much i needed it. a true reset and reframe in such a beautiful way. thank you 🤍
