    Usually how many units do you sell in a regular event open front 10am to 8 pm?

      No good answer as it depends on the event!
      But if I'm not doing 20 per hour then I consider it a slow event and generally would not return.

    Which would you prefer the machine with the temperature control switch or the machine that has an on/off temperature control switch? Is that an important switch?

      Most good machines will have a on/off switch to activate the heater, and also a dial to adjust the voltage sent to the heater... so the short answer is you want both!

      I generally charge $5 but prices vary by size, location and how big you want to make them.
