Even following schedules and using Game Panic every night you should have max charm before this point and spare the day she's available to start her SL as that's the only requirement. Oh and getting her SL means she has "the highest priority among all choices", with the lowest being a lonely scrub or being asked to escort Aigis around with Mitsuru. Oh, and you actually have to hug her during Yakushima to even start even getting intimate with her otherwise you're stuck in the friendzone route.
