Gotta say I love the adventure in this game. Next video you're gonna have to make an automatic refueler for that boring machine you got. Would be cool if the devs made a way to store all those ores so they're not just all over the ground
Storage is really a must. By "mid-game," this game runs like crap on all but the beefiest PCs, because every piece of ore is treated as a physical object with all the simulation involved in that.
Making it possible to convert them into numbers, which only physically exist when you need them to, would make the game a lot more playable for the average person.

Imagine you could dig under the whole world of the game. You could create transport tunnels that lead to selling shops. You could transport the material directly without the hassle of driving it around. The dream, a hydroneer subway system.
I see an oil lamp. RCE sees Iron Giant. I also see there aren't enough diagonal bracing on that harbor crane truss for it to lift anythin.
We're just surprised you didn't make another terrible bridge... out of HydroMoles.

I can't believe how much RCE has accomplished in this game sometimes. Carrot bridge still takes me by surprise.

I'll be honest, I dont think I've ever seen legit gameplay of Hydroneer after seeing what Josh did to the game.
Not that Matt's much better with the fishnado or his piping... though nobody breaks a game quite like Josh.

late so nobody will see,but taking the vehicle down there made me think soooo much about a weird thing from one of my favorite book series when i was a teen, the pendragon books, i forget which included these odd omnidirectional drill tank things, a whole group of people used them to make underground cities.
It's good to see that the Brotherhood of Nod found a more productive use for their Devil's Tongue flame tanks.
You should have each I got empty out into a crucible and see how high of a number you can get each one to weigh and be worth. You can pick up the existing pile with the magnet.
Maybe you can break the game with such a high number.
Btw there is a secret “RCE Bridge 11/10” on the top of the top of the winter mountain

I downloaded the new Hydroneer update this morning after getting home from work. I still haven't played Hydroneer much, thanks mostly to Timberborn, Isle of Arrows, and Bad North these days... but Astroneer, Dome Keeper, Infraspace, and Planet Crafter are also on my to-be-played list. I got them all on sale over the last few months along with a few other games; I just need more time to play, because sadly gaming isn't my job.
Edit: And after seeing that you had to rebuild so much after this update, I'm glad I haven't done much up to this point myself. 😁

If you use a Cork in unused pipes pipes you can increase water pressure
@realcivilengineer U can loads of guild tokens if u do the kings quests in the castle at the starting area
you can put the shard ingots in the pressure tank to get more water pressure

You NEED to play WallWorld if you like DomeCeeper. It is basically the same, but you dig right instead of down and you can MOVE your "dome")

Corestone is weird it only spawns in tier 2 and 3 dirt but is more common than clautium.

hi, u dont need the shredder im suprised u still have 1 as they got removed from the game as their basically useless.
also i didnt see it but did you put in 4 compressors as compressors only work 1 per gem stone.......

Watching Matt play this game is so fun, unlike playing it myself. It's like the devs purposefully wanted you to have a miserable experience playing it. Hours and hours of dealing with its terrible, fiddly interface and unnecessarily obtuse mechanics until you get that 5 minute serotonin kick from finally having a working mining setup.
