Hi thank you. I have a question, will the cream not tend to melt when we dip the spatula with hot water? I ask this because as it is the cream tends to melt very fast n with spatula dipped in hot water could melt the cream more.

No it won’t melt .. it just smoothens but the cake have to be chilled well before doing it .

Well, this video showed me how NOT to decorate a cake. As you can see whipped cream frosting does not work well piped into flowers or leaves. Edges of decor is rough, not pretty. The writing is awful. HAPPY BINTHDAY?
