Nithyanandam. thank you for this video I love the longer session but there are times that are just don't have the time and love Nithanada yoga sessions, also if it possible could you please send me wrtten version of the mantras that you recite before. and after the yoga session because I don't think I'm saying them correctly. You're vibration is insecure, because you are copying a guru, or techniques. I'm not saying this to annoy you, it is just what the Universe tells me. Namaste
