It's interesting. The dual rate switch is mostly used for airplane flying, which is a more relaxed rc aircraft to control. In my experience with helicopters, you don't futz with "long throw" and "short throw" control toggling. You just stay within your own capability, and slowly add more as you get better and better. Then you start tweaking the expo, so that you can get "maximum servo throw" with minimal "tx stick throw".
That progression of skill doesn't seem to be common with airplane flying. However, with RC helicopters as you get better and better the "thirst" for faster and faster response leads you to higher performance heli and headspeed power and faster servo response control.

How do I set this up? I Have a 150s and in stunt one mode it’s a bit to much to handle. I don’t what to fly in stability mode all the time
Is it the set up in expo?
    Many thanks.

Hi heath cliff. Not flow the 150 myself but try setting up some more expo and a lower headspeed if you can. That should help calm it down a bit.

Yeah sorry use lower rates too. They can all help. What transmitter do you have?

@@heathclifflaurent2869 Do you still have a copy of the manual? It's here of not: www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=www.horizonhobby.com/on/demandware.static/Sites-horizon-us-Site/Sites-horizon-master/default/Manuals/SPM6700-Manual_EN.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjS3YLR-Yn4AhXGSEEAHevCCMQQFnoECAUQAQ&usg=AOvVaw32TkbDQFB1rPWGeOY91rsP
Go to DR & expo in function list. You can see percentages for dual rates and expo. To set a lower rate just scroll to the dual rate bit and set what you want? Maybe try 80%>
