How to fillet a Whitefish!

This is our favorite way to fillet a whitefish to make it completely boneless! Plus we share some tips on getting the BEST quality meat possible.
Who else loves whitefish out there!? It has to be our favorite, above Walleye and Perch even. Fried, baked, grilled, you cant go wrong with any method of cooking.
