    Where tf are these 1600 dollar places?! The minimum over here in windermere for a 2/2 is 22!

    Yep that’s right they will keep going up five more years 2026 they will be even higher because the investors want all your savings all the money you can get they want your car note money and your food money and when you can not afford to pay rent out on the streets you go

    Why aren’t you challenging the corporations that own these apartments and raise these rents? Softball local news.

    And even where I live my 1/1 is going for 2100.00 in a seven yr old property in Mills Park!!!!!! My retirement cannot be growing now due to even what I pay which isn’t 2100 but a lil less!!!! One of my neighbors just got an increase of $737 a month!!!!

    Who wants to live in Orlando anyway; you move to Florida to be near the beach. I moved here from Nashville 16 years ago and there's no way I would choose to live less than 10 min. from the beach.

      I’d rather live in Nashville tbh. But Nashville is more expensive now too 😞

      People from South Florida move there because it’s cheaper- at least it use to be? Now I’m not so sure…
