@@mssn3166 Yup, I gotcha - me too! Sometimes (like now re food processor decision) I stew in indecision - I research too much! But I had a Braun food processor about 30 years ago and loved it. Sooo… I pulled the trigger Saturday night on eBay for the Braun 3020 model, for $90! It had been used once then sat in a closet. All the parts are included. It arrives Wednesday- my birthday! Perdón pero eso de enchiladas NO TIENE NAAAADA soy mexicana y las enchiladas son otra cosa muuuuuy distinta , REPROBADA EN COCINA MEXICANA. de hecho las enchiladas normalmente son vegetarianas porque se rellenan de PAPA, QUESO o CEBOLLA y raras veces son de pollo pero casi NUNCA
