It must have been so much fun to learn all these para para dances and dance them with your friends at clubs, concerts, etc. I have such nostalgia for late 90s/early 2000s Japan. I think it's when games like DDR came to the US and I had discovered Japanese street fashion and gyaru, so it really makes me wish I could have been the appropriate age to experience all this myself. Idk why it's just such a cool and fun time :')
2023, If it helps I'm in the US Navy and I'm 33 years old in June. I'm the only Sailor on the ship that listens to Eurobeat. I was playing Gas Gas Gas, and one other sailor said he knew this song because his older brother played it...........😮 So at least there are some people in Virginia that listen to Eurobeat 🎉

vol.90の頃にはイニシャルDで使われた曲が軒並みラインナップされ、3枚目にはJ-POPをSEBアレンジしてSEB歌手がカバーしたCDも付き、ブームが近い内に来るであろう兆しがあった
SEBが再ブームになると、安室奈美恵やMAX、V6等が楽曲提供を受けたりしたことも分かり、とても身近になった
最終的にブームはvol.110発売くらいでピークを迎えるわけだけど、当時は他にダンスゲームDDRのダンスマニアと、ビートマニア等のクラブシーン彩る様々な音楽ジャンルが溢れていて、後にトランスやテクノのCDも注目された
余談だが、SEBなら車という確立をしたイニシャルDの影響は大きく、後にGT選手権のSEBノンストップ盤も出たが、他にSEBを使った作品が無いわけではない
