Gosh, I've also got spinal stenosis like Tonya... knowing, first hand, how debilitatingly painful it is for a normal sized person; I couldn't imagine how hard it must be for her. I love her personality and outlook on life so much! Wish I could meet her!
Hearing Michael say that he was never wanted in his life, is absolutely heartbreaking. Hope these people can find good, reliable home assistance at some point in their lives. While Michael seems quite capable at the moment, jumping to get on the couch, and falling off of chairs could mean a more serious injury as he gets older. Would hate for him to be alone and accidentally wind up breaking a hip or an elbow.
anyone else find the music distasteful? especially at the beginning of michael's story? but I really enjoyed getting to know these people and learn from their positive mindsets, attitudes and outcomes. :)

Because nearly all men in China smoke he started smoking too, in order to fit in and be seen as an adult, no doubt because he probably struggled all the time with people treating him like a baby, but being so tiny it must have done horrible damage to his lungs in a very short time. He was basically the size of a six month old baby.

Dwarfism is a rare condition for people under 4 feet 9. Most people grow up to be between 4 feet 11 and 6 feet 7 inches in different sizes
