Good morning! Sunday is the day I get to sit and sip my coffee. It is SO nice to find your videos to watch while I do that. On your recommendation I fell in love with the loungewear I have on now and that is new for me. At 64: old dog, new trick! Love, love, love your content!
I have 5 of these 7! I love them. I keep my grandson a couple of days a week and I do continuing education online for Respiratory Therapist’s! These are perfect for almost anything casual! Thanks for the great recommendations, my slipper collection is a little excessive but hey I love them! Get ready for the cold, Arkansas is gearing up as well!😊
I’ve got #2 & #4 & absolutely love them here in south FL. You show us the best recommendations & this retired GranMa so appreciates them along with all your styling tips. Have a great week Marnie😘
I finally broke down and bought the Spanx set. (I have other Spanx stuff I love, but balked at the price for loungewear.). I will say that I love the set, but I also love the Amazon non- Spanx version. For anyone else who shops at Costco and also loves to browse their clothes, their 32 Degrees brand (and occasionally some other brands) have brought out prices that feel very much like the air essentials fabric. 🙂. Stay warm and safe!!!
Just wanted to drop by and say thank you for the pillow recommendation in previous videos. They've become an important part of my life since I broke my back a week ago. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to try arrange lumpy pillows to support my spine.
Fellow San Antonian here; thanks for this video. I just wish I wasn't two different sizes on top and bottom. I like the separate pieces from Walmart: cotton lounge pants (in petite length) with pockets and long sleeved t-shirts. The color choices aren't as extensive but cozy nonetheless. Stay warm. ❤
These pieces look so cozy and comfy. 😊 I do not look good in these casual types two-piece sets, but that’s a few of these I could rock - maybe! 😅They look great the way you styled them
We just got back from our Winter Getaway (🌴🌅✈) which I highly recommend to fend off Holiday stress 😉😜and I have noticed loungewear is a very popular choice for easy and chic airport outfit🥰Great picks Marnie! Thank you and HNY 😘
The time and effort you spend on your channel is apparent and appreciated. Can you recommended a couple of these comfort wear brands that sell as separates? I am two different sizes top & bottom.
Hi Marnie! Have four of these sets in various colors and love them all. Wear them indoors, outdoors day and night receiving lots of compliments too. Thank you, Marnie! Ordering set #7. What color are you wearing in #7. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Encore!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
I'm just so happy that you share fashion that doesn't show so much cleavage or is skin tight. You are class!! Thanks for sharing these great options. I so like #3. I appreciate you being here !
I totally needed this video. I work from home and I tend to dress like a cave troll most days and I want cozy comfy outfits that still look put together. Thank you!
All these suggestions are so cute. Nothing better than being cozy inside when it gets really cold. Here in Virginia we aren’t getting the frigid temperatures y’all are getting, but it is cold nonetheless.
Great suggestions. Im 5’9” so buying from Amazon is tough as most things are too short 😢. I have one set of the air essentials from Spanx and I love it but it is expensive!
Off topic but I hope you won't mind answering my question. In your measurements, you list that you're 34D. It would be useful to know what the circumference around your bust is (just like your waist and hip measurements) because one could be busty but have a larger or smaller circumference in that area. I'm also a 34D but I might be bigger than you in circumference around my bust. (I'm 37".) When I see you wearing a button-up blouse, for example, I wonder if I could order the same size or size up, to avoid pulling at the bust. TIA! ❤
😂 I think you overestimated what people are allowed to wear on a video call. The quarter zip would work just fine, probably would be down right dressed up. Boy I’ve seen and heard some stories 😂😂
Absolutely! I wasn’t aware that office dress code applied at home, and I work for an insurance company (a rather conservative industry) I would wear all of the pieces mentioned and would look fine. I have the “Spanx dupe” and love it (and have worn it on work calls) 😂
So far, I'm on outfit 3.... I'm loving all of the first 3! #3 so far has my❤ 4. Not for me 5. LOVE❤❤❤ that white piping is wonderful! I don't mind the roominess. 6. Love this one too! Looks so comfortable! 7. 😊❤ ok this one & #3 are my top favs. I actually think all of these are nice & are wearable for errands & chilling around the house.
Marnie, l actually bought the Air Essentials set because of YOU, and boy, do l love it so much, l bought another set!!! Buttery is the perfect word to describe the fabric, l can’t stop touching my arms and legs when l wear them! I even wanted to wear them to sleep on them and wear them ALL DAY LONG, EVERYDAY! 😍😍😍 l did also buy the Amazon “inspired by Spanx” set, and while l love the pockets, too, you’re right that it isn’t a dupe. But still nice enough 😊 Thanks, Marnie! You’re the best!
Thanks Marnie! I’m traveling from Texas to Mexico soon and the 2 piece sets with pockets are perfect. Quick question, do you think outfit 6 would be dog-hair resistant?
I returned the Henley set. It didn't feel that cozy and it was also illfitting, as the top was very oversized while the pants were too long and snug. They also looked like glorified pajamas, but not particularly that comfortable. I prefer my flannels for sleeping.😅
The Amazon loungewear outfits are cute and comfy, but I have crazy long legs and the pants never fit. If anyone can recommend loungewear outfits with extra long pants, that would be much appreciated. My normal length is Tall from Chico’s or Old Navy. Thanks!❤
I love lounge wear. I enjoy staying home since I’m semi retired, but I don’t like the idea of just wearing a t shirt and jeans. Although there’s nothing wrong with that, I like to look pulled together. If I need to run an errand or go to the grocery store, I don’t have to change to look presentable. ( don’t know why it’s a concern being that people literally roll out of bed and go to the store in their pajamas.)
I finally bought my first lounge wear set from Soma just after Thanksgiving. I wear it any day I have off and love it. I wonder how many lounge sets a person actually needs…. It sounds like Marnie has 20 or more sets… Is this common to have so many of the same type of outfit? I do not work from home, but when I watch these videos and you tell us you have three different colors of items I wonder how and when you can wear them all. Just a question I often have when seeing the quantity of clothes shared in your videos. I do look forward to these each Thursday and Sunday. Thank you!
What people forget is that I don’t buy clothes like a regular consumer. My job is to try on lots of different kinds of clothes and styles and share them with over 200K people. I think of my wardrobe as inventory, not as my personal closet.
Marnie, my office is very casual or corporate casual (for upper management); we are in trade show business, so we design and build trade show booths for our clients. I work in a converted warehouse and 90% of the time and it is cold) I use a space heater year-round. (Yes, it is on in July.) Now, our shop is connected to our offices and there is dust and dirt everywhere. (So, no oxfords or dress pants and dresses and heels mostly sneakers, t-shirts and jeans) The outfit I liked was number 3. It had a more tailored look to it. The other outfits I would work from home and in them. While I like the idea of lounge wear, many of the outfits looked a little frumpy to me. I am 5'4" and weigh 150lbs. (I need to lose about 10 more.) My measurements are 37-34-39. What I would love to see are more are outfits like number 3 that are sleeker, tailored, casual but comfortable. (Sort of a dressy athleisure) The shoes I would love to see paired with them are sneakers, loafers, boots, flats or even kitten heels (if possible, on the last one). I was also shopping at my local mall (Oakbrook Centre in Oakbrook, Illinois the first weekend in January.) It is a high-end mall and is constantly reinventing itself to keep up with the trends in fashion and home. They have a Lifetime Fitness Gym on the mall campus and a combination of 12 fitness accessory and apparel stores. Not to mention the various stores that carry lounge or athleisure wear, so they are catering to the athletic/fitness crowd. The athleisure look is very popular around here. In the past you have done an Athleta haul for your You Tube channel, could you please show more of those looks from them and from Amazon or other budget friendly retailers. 2024 will a show a lot of preppy and classic looks, but I think it might be fun to do a hybrid of athleisure with classic/preppy. What are your thoughts? What are everybody else's thoughts? Love to know. Monica in Lisle, Illinois. P.S. I could see a lot of these looks for the spring.
I would love a waffle knit set, but dog paws/claws are forever snagging my waffle knit tops. And the Golden and the Boykin aren’t going anywhere, so I’ll look at the others 😢
I'm only 5'1", and I have two of the outfits shown. I put both of them in the washer and dryer! The one with the cute sweater and the harem pants should fit you, since the pants are not long and I think it shrunk a little. I also have the tunic style, the first one she showed, and while it really didn't shrink much, you can roll over the hem on the pants if need be. Some of these items are a cotton blend. Just stay away from the ones that are not. Also, Amazon is so easy to return.
Marnie, would you please try to shop for the Godmother of the groom. I want a dress that has long sheaves in a solid color, not white, black or red. I would prefer it to be midi length. I do not want it to look like an evening dress. I am 73 years old with white hair. Thank you !
I usually opt for more Zella or Athleta tops and pants. The matchy knit type things just aren’t for me - there’s just something about them that doesn’t appeal to me.
I don't know who gave you info about on line meetings but you can wear basically anything these days! I appreciate every video you put out. I know you spend a lot of time. Marnie most of these sets just dont fit right, they are so baggy on your slim figure. The black one fit you well. Sorry, I'm not trying to be mean. I know you are trying to keep things affordable but, Amazons sets aren't worth it.

When I manage to be ready for church early,😊your videos are my waiting-to-leave reward!
I never seem to have luck with sets because i need 2 different sizes. They look great on you though.
Yeah I am an extreme pear, but sometimes I’ll swap with a friend.
Good morning! Sunday is the day I get to sit and sip my coffee. It is SO nice to find your videos to watch while I do that. On your recommendation I fell in love with the loungewear I have on now and that is new for me. At 64: old dog, new trick! Love, love, love your content!

By far my favorite video!! I was just looking for loungewear last night. You nailed it!! Thank you!
Great vid! Sets are the granimals for adults, so easy!

I love #4 as an airport outfit. The weight is perfect so you don’t freeze on the airplane but can layer up in winter.
I LOVE a sweatsuit and wear them often to my job...I'm a nanny to kids ages 1,3, and 5 so a major perk is comfy cozy clothes are well accepted 😊
Thanks Marnie!! Im looking forward to the Spring edition of this video.
These pieces look so cozy and comfy. 😊 I do not look good in these casual types two-piece sets, but that’s a few of these I could rock - maybe! 😅They look great the way you styled them

Happy New Year!!!
Thank you! You too!
I really liked this video. Would you please do a spring/summer travel outfit video in the future? Thank you.
I'm just so happy that you share fashion that doesn't show so much cleavage or is skin tight. You are class!!
Thanks for sharing these great options. I so like #3.

Thank you Marnie & Happy New Year! I'm in Conroe, TX - Stay warm!!
Same to you!
Love all . They are perfect for retired people like me.
The outfits to home with the cold weather. It's-16 degrees for the high (windchill minus34 degrees) here in South Dakota.

Just received outfit #2. I love it. It is buttery soft and I used my regular size small. Will be ordering more. Thank you!

Absolutely! I wasn’t aware that office dress code applied at home, and I work for an insurance company (a rather conservative industry) I would wear all of the pieces mentioned and would look fine.
I have the “Spanx dupe” and love it (and have worn it on work calls) 😂
@@jumac819me too, I work in the insurance industry too.
😂😂😂😂
I do 50% of my sales business via virtual call. I often have on yoga pants with a professional shell and blazer on 😂
Agree, im on video calls daily & would wear any of these comfortably
So far, I'm on outfit 3.... I'm loving all of the first 3! #3 so far has my❤
4. Not for me 5. LOVE❤❤❤ that white piping is wonderful! I don't mind the roominess.

I like all black . The rest look like peejamas
great vid. so thorough! i love your hair with the almost side part.
Yes, im always needing XS top and bottom. Im 5'3" and 115# . Most Amazon leisure sets look dumpy on me
Love your videos and style!❤
Thank you for your videos. I have the black short sleeve #4 but love the white one
Thanks Marnie! I’m traveling from Texas to Mexico soon and the 2 piece sets with pockets are perfect. Quick question, do you think outfit 6 would be dog-hair resistant?
You are wearing the prettiest lipstick! Can you tell me what it is? Thank you! Love your TH-cam channel!❤️
I am such a pocket girl that I have passed up cute outfits b/c they didn’t have pockets 😊.
I work from home and I am not going to worry about tucking something in while I'm working from home, maybe when I go out
Well that’s the point-outfits you can wear in your home but are still something you can pull off to leave the house.
Thank you so much for doing this one 🥰
I returned the Henley set. It didn't feel that cozy and it was also illfitting, as the top was very oversized while the pants were too long and snug.
They also looked like glorified pajamas, but not particularly that comfortable. I prefer my flannels for sleeping.😅
I loved the navy one. On you and would be for me. I don’t have a big chest but I am size 8. So it will cozy to be looser. It’s in my cart
on Amazon
Would you please tell me what eye shadow palette you use I love the color!
What people forget is that I don’t buy clothes like a regular consumer. My job is to try on lots of different kinds of clothes and styles and share them with over 200K people. I think of my wardrobe as inventory, not as my personal closet.
In some cases where people work from home or are raising kids these come in handy.
I need to buy a set for a long flight. Debating between the Air Essentials lookalike and the mock neck knit (3). Which do you think is warmer?
Hi Marnie, Do you know if the driving shoes might fit someone with a wide foot? Great video with all different price points!
Good suggestions.
I'm so glad I found your channel again. I was once subbed and I was kicked out. It took me a bit, but I'm glad I'm back.
You can’t get “kicked out”.
Love the black outfit. You are so slim and I think you could go down a size or two. Would love to see a weight loss tips video.
Marnie, my office is very casual or corporate casual (for upper management); we are in trade show business, so we design and build trade show booths for our clients. I work in a converted warehouse and 90% of the time and it is cold) I use a space heater year-round. (Yes, it is on in July.) Hey Monica! I know Oakbrook Mall-I grew up going to Old Orchard and Northbrook Court! I like your suggestions-I’ll see what I can do!
Hey Marnie! People tuck in their loungewear ??? Kinda takes the lounge out loungewear! 🤔 Stay warm!
What color did you order in outfit #7 please?!?
I would love a waffle knit set, but dog paws/claws are forever snagging my waffle knit tops. And the Golden and the Boykin aren’t going anywhere, so I’ll look at the others 😢
This video is blurry for me. May just be me. Love these sets. I use the woolite dry clean kit. Thanks
I LOVE your videos but can’t wear 95% of the stuff bc I’m 5’0. Could you do a video featuring petite items PLEASE????
Loved this video, Marnie. I think you could sell me anything! I want 3 of these outfits. 😂
Are ponchos ok?
Yes!
I get that these are great for working at home but they sure remind me of the jogging outfits from the 80s😅
Yes they do!
I prefer petite, but neither on come is petite sizes. Purchased one no petite and I looked like a 🫔 .
I am only 5 ft 1 inch and own two of the lounge sets shown. One of them has cotton in it, and I washed and dried it, and the pants shrunk.😊
After you wear for an hour do the knees bulge out ❤
#6 is now 46.99 😩
I mean that’s still a full outfit for under $50.
@@MsGoldgirl I know but who doesn’t like a bargain at 29.99. 😉
Everyone!
You keep showing the same outfits. How about some new styles
I hear you! Anything specific you have in mind?
I’m 68 but would love to see outfits that look young but us oldies can carry off. I’m a young 68. Thanks
I will keep that in mind!
