Perhaps my memory is a little faulty, but...

...wasn't Eothas inhabiting Waidwen in response to Thaos activating the ancient engwithan machinery to re-empower Woedica? Not the other way around as stated in the video?
It's both tbh. He wanted humanoids to be kind of independent and live by themselves rather than rely on the gods or serve them so he didn't want the former queen of the gods to be empowered by The Leaden Key actions that would lead to her being a ruler over both gods and mortals once again, and in PoE 2 Eothas himself says that he wanted to expose the truth about the gods if I remember correctly
Thanks for making these!
Thank you
I really doubt Avowed will be as good as PoE I and II, specially because Microsoft bought Obsidian. I do hope i'm wrong though!
So hes jon irenicus...
Didn't Irenicus try to become a god himself? That's why he stole the Bhaalspawn's soul and his vampire sister the soul of Imoën?
No - Irenicus was exiled from his people and stripped of everything that made him elven. The Seldarine rejected him (the elven gods). He sought vengence against his people.
Thaos wasn't exiled from Engwith, he was the favoured of it's chief goddess, provided immortality and fought to defend the secrets of it's culture across generations.
How are they in any way similar?
