I wanted to do a Celtic song that makes you want to dance around a fire. A song fit for celebration, but also powerful, something that can reconnect us with the deep parts in ourselves. I hope you enjoy it and that it can give you some much needed positive energy in this difficult time!

USAGE:
If your project (any project at all, movie, photography, websites, live shows etc.) is non-commercial, which means it doesn't earn you any money, then you can use my music for free. Only given credits are necessary, that's the only condition. Credits would be totally fine as a small text in the movie, website etc. written "Music by Adrian von Ziegler". In live shows and other projects where including a text would be difficult, an oral mention would suffice as well. =)
On TH-cam and twitch you can also use my music for free even if you monetize your videos by the way!
ANY school projects have automatic free permission to use my music, no license payment is required.
If the project is commercial, meaning it makes money in any way (except TH-cam and twitch, see above), you would have to buy a license for the music you want to use. The license payment would be small in almost all cases except for big budget productions. It would be a one-time payment, so you can use the music you bought forever in that project. It does not give you any rights over the music however, so remixing the music, re-selling it etc. is not allowed.
Giving credits is also necessary in commercial projects.
Please note that "for free" only applies to the usage license. Music is my full-time job and is where 100% of my earnings come from. So no matter what you use my music for, whether it's commercial or non-commercial use, I appreciate that you purchase the music instead of downloading it for free. Many people misunderstand this part so I need to clear this up. I love making music, but if everyone would just get it for free I would not be able to pay rent, so please understand. It was always my dream to make enough money to survive with music being my only job, and that is only possible because of people who go and buy that music.
Remixing, sampling and other forms of altering the original song into a new piece of music is also generally not allowed unless the remix is 100% non-commercial and labelled with the original title and author of the song (me). Adding bird noises, nature sounds or similar things are allowed. Nightcore alterations are also allowed while non-commercial and labelled with original title and author (Google "Nightcore" in case of confusion).
So if your project is non-commercial or a TH-cam project, just give credits and there is nothing holding you back from using my songs. ANY song you want. =) If it's commercial stuff just write me a personal message or an email at adrianvonziegler@gmx.ch and inform me about the scale and details of the project and we'll make a deal.
REQUESTED MUSIC:
I have recently made a very good experience with collaborating with other artists and am now - carefully - open to requests. Please note before sending me a request that any agreement will have to assure me a high level of control and independence over the composing process and certain copy- and intellectual rights over any composition that has been created on request (this entails for example that I can still upload and sell any music that I composed for a given project).
Important:
I do not allow my music to be used in any project that has a clear political, racist or discriminatory message or is pornographic. By that I mean anything that goes from direct political, racist or discriminatory videos or underlining speeches with my music, onto remixing my melodies into a song that has lyrics with clear political, racist or discriminatory message and similar things that clearly promote these things. Same goes for explicit pornography. Media with nude art is allowed, if not pornographic in nature and purpose.

Obviously, Celtic music seems peaceful and even it has lulling themes too, the sweet tone of the flute and lot of other sweet singing of instruments but from inside, this song carries horror, fear, shivering, and fearful pain... theme of this music is like the junction of two or three great rivers at the same place...muddy, blue and milky,, all colours of river water.. it is a story of a dream having both characteristics of good and bad inside it.. in other it represents life.
For some reason, this song made me think of the fairs or jousting tournaments of yesteryear and the music like this that was used for dancing around May poles x

This is so beautiful Adrian, the expression you place in the pluck melodies, the extra notation used to further bring about that depth and emotion in the notes, is just stunning, I love the transition into more flute based melodies from the harp ones at the start as well. The transition is very well brought about, and the melodies hold true to having tons of variety and adventure to them, the harmonies are stunning as well, and full of meaning. I love the segmentation between different instruments as well, how you gift each one it's time to shine in the symphony. The atmospheric design is outstanding as always too, and so immersive, creating that feeling as you always do, the one where you feel as if you are in the locations presented by the artwork, in a time long ago, hearing the music in the natural acoustic environment. The dynamics are stunning as well, my favourite section is around 4:00 onwards, and with how you hold a melody line and increase further and further the dynamics on it, and the expression through layering of different instruments, it truly is the sound of a symphony coming together, I always love the use of shouts as well, adds so much character and power to your masterpieces. The ending is amazing with the soundscapes and the wind, and the slowed down harp melody to bring the most emotional and expressive finale to such a wonderful and adventurous work of art. Mesmerising...

Really, I haven´t heard a single song on this channel that wouldn´t be enchanting. And knowing (just a little) who is behind it... well, in the very first video you call it "the worst video ever" or so, but for me it was one of the best ever seen. Because I saw a man being honest and not hiding himself. With other videos my appreciation only grew up. Nowadays it still takes a great courage, to open up like this about personal life, to admit that one is/was living with mental disorder (even as common as depression is), and even greater courage is needed to do so on the Internet.
And with every song you make you give a hope that a person can create something so magnificent despite (or maybe thanks to?) having some weaknesses, just like every other person in this world. You inspire us who are fighting against similar demons. Just don´t stop, ever! /yeah, a little bit wordy fan/
