'Sense and Sensibility in School Design' by Ar. Shruti Kande

The webinar covers topics related to school design philosophy, brush up on age group division, the learning activities in kindergarten, spaces required for them, and thus how we design the interior spaces and furniture. Also, reason out how it has to be both a teaching and a learning-friendly environment with the help of the designs that she has executed at various schools.
Shruti Kande graduated from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai in 2009. She is an Associate Architect with Arris Architects, Mumbai and has a holistic experience of 12 yrs, seeing projects from renders to reality along with finding talent, training, and managing a team of 5-7 architects and designers. She has a comprehensive approach to design, real-time rendering, presentations in VR and AR, detailing, coordination, and execution of Cinemas (single screens to Megaplexes), Offices, and School projects (with stem and e-learning techniques, from kindergarten furniture to the planning of campuses) with enthusiasm, sensitivity, and sensibility.
