I had a problem with my timing and got that figured out. Now none of my needles will go all the way down. The pressor foot only lowers to about 1-1/2" above the plate. Any suggestions?

The needle point length from the needle eye varies according brands. How can you recommend 6MM as fixed measure in every case?

Needle lowest point depends on hook point passing hight level at needle.

Were merely scratching the surface of the key with the needle. The same is done if you use a guage it will not damage the needle unless your force it.

From what I have seen this is how everyone checks the needle depth.

​@@HectorGonzalez-uj5nk no is not true you need 1 millimeter between the needle and the gauge and if you touch the point of the needle 100%sure you will see the bad results on the garment, but it's up to the quality required, if you want a low quality of embroidery it's perfect 😉

No issues sir.I am new to this machine. Are you familiar with them because I am having a hard time getting it operating correctly. Thread tension is an issue after performing the task that Hector was teaching.
