I made this salad the other night, except I used shrimp and scallops because I don’t think we have conch here, but I grilled the seafood on the grill in butter and Jamaican seasoning in the marinade. MAN! That was soooo good, it didn’t even need any dressing! Just all natural juices! Thank you for this video! Your # ☝️ fan!
My nearest ar at the hospital was so happy that I was watching you because she is from them to Jamaica and she was telling me about all the beautiful wonderful tasty food from her country so I am putting this down on my messages so she could watch it later on thank you very much for making me and she happy peace and the food all looks so good I had conch one time before and it was absolutely delicious it was prepared like an Italian dressing. I must try it your way because that looks great with all the other seafood that I adore to no end once again thank you for turning us on to such great food.
