The per unit cost of electricity in Maharashtra is 17.81 above 500 units per month usage. Even If we charge this car for 15 days , it will cost 40*15 =600 units which is 600*17.81 = Rs. 10,686. 😮

There's possibly upto 10% power loss ( case to case) during power conversion

Electric vehicles are really not beneficial for Indian system because of the weather and efficiency. And internationally Electric vehicles pollute environment more than petrol/diesel vehicles because end of the day, the power source in most of the world is still coal and only 60% of the energy is converted. Companies are launching electric vehicles not because they want to save the environment, it's because they can squeeze more money from customers pocket.
