What differentiates this and other implementations is the fact that is an actual platform, instead of a plain LLM.
Conversation with my node is memorized and separated between users. So if multiple people were using this node, no information leakage is going to happen.
Another special feature is the LLM is also given sensor data and node information. Therefore, each conversation is catered to the node which is talking to it.
The last is message chunking, which I mentioned at the end of the video. For large message, the system is going to divide it automatically and send them out as sentences.
However, messages didn’t get assembled in the right order due to the nature of Meshtastic, it was kinda a hit or miss.

I thinl you could add special token represent order of sentences or chunks by number then resemble them on receiver endpoint

@ yup, that was what i was thinking as well, will have to fork meshtastic client and add such feature
i’ll possibly add a fake streaming as well, 200 char chunk + stream animation to make it look like an actual word stream

Applications / Services over meshtastic is a cool idea. My college's amateur radio club has been helping our sommunity build a mesh over the last year and I'll have to show them this.

@@sethproaps8899 That’s great to hear, you’ll find even more new features in the github as well, i think it will be perfect for your use case
The platform now supports functionalities like a discord bot i.e calling /command to do stuff + allows llms to use tools by themselves.

Great work. Btw coverage of meshtastic network is highly dependent on antennas and reasonably free fresnell zone between them. If you have clear line of sight between antennas, both on the hills or high building, range can be tens of kilometres. When I took my meshtastic to hike in the mountains, I received messages from nodes 40km away when I was on the top at altitude 1200m
