Epic vlog lads, absolutely solid time for all that time in no man's land, hoping for a similar kind of time for next week, all things going to plan aha
In context, weather doesn't help, especially Welsh rain, cold etc, keeping that pace up on your own etc.... Also, the course is deceptive, from the dam to the turn at about 7m it's pretty much downhill, then from 7 it's a gradual climb to the dam, could be classed as a false flat...tbf There's also a short sharp climb about the last mile, a dip in the road effect.... A great run, all things considered 👍👍💚👊
