The series is good however you seem to never really use dampeners and its always a simple arbitrary system. It's hard to follow what is happening with the matrices in each problem because its all variables and the kinematic equations are never written down for the systems

I pause the video do the calculations myself and then compare. it feels like good practice and reminder of linear algebra too.
