Dumbell side raises, front raises and rear raises, doesn't need much weight. OHPs mess my shoulders up badly as well. If you're feeling pain from front raises then just cut them out entirely, your bench/dumbell press will hit the front delts pretty effectively
You are dead wrong on the trap development. The only thing more impressive aesthetically than a V-taper is is the Diamond/Cobra appearance and to get that you need well developed traps.
Mostly good video but gets a couple things wrong. 1. "You do you" is BAD advice for neck training - a very large neck, whether fat or muscular, puts you at risk for sleep apnea. Research suggests a circumference cutoff of 0.23*height, so say 16.1" for someone at 5'10". Stay under that and your risks are reduced. Going beyond the threshold is not going to do much for mainstream aesthetics anyway. Train them til you hit say 15-15.5" and you'll be pretty good for life, back exercises will maintain the size. Research: Zhao 2022, Frontiers in Neuroscience 2. Bigger traps make your shoulders look wider, not narrower. The greater height gives the appearance of greater width, and a more imposing shoulder girdle. The site bony to beastly has a great drawing of this. Traps here are underrated, and are almost never too big among natties. 3. Glutes are underrated and get a lot more notice than hamstrings, and possibly even quads.
Is this some brainrot meme I didn't get? Calves are by several orders of magnitude the most important lower body muscle, placing them below adductors!?! is insane, adductors are actively bad muscle to have big both aestethically and functionally
I totally disagree with calves place. For me it's A+ tier. If you're wearing normal size shorts the part that will show more is the calves and if your calves doesn't match the size of your legs your lower body will be comparable to a chicken's leg. And for men having big traps and a thick neck it builds a more masculine frame
I would say that inverted U is found to no longer hold true in a number of years. Looksmaxing for women will be more and more muscular as time goes on. To the point where 52 years of training age is the new meta. And mike o hearn will still look the same and still get all the women and men
For aesthetic physique well developed peripheral muscles such as calves, forearms, side delts are definitely more important than upper back thickness, big quads or hamstrings. Also as a general rule - upper body is wayyy more important than legs, by a very far margin. I'd argue v-taper is 90% of aesthetics and it is mostly lats and side shoulders. Broad chest is second in importance. For legs calves are extremely important, arguably more important than quads. Everything else is just good to have, but will not break or make aesthetic physique. Also what most people should realize is that muscle insertions and shape is everything in aesthetics, no amount of training will change that, as no amount of mewing will change an ugly face.

Just some feedback. The rule of third you did while filming was nice but you need to be a little more to your left. A lot of dead space to the left. Good vid
Bruh what video is this from can you link it
I agree with most of this except calves. Chicken legs on an otherwise developed physique look silly, I would rather have well developed calves and slim thighs than well developed thighs and no calves. Especially in shorts where the calves will always be on show.
this how i would rank them as someone who is not an influencer
side delts
lats
upper chest
forearms
triceps
abs
biceps
neck
glutes
rear delt
quads
calves
lower chest
abductors
upper back
front delt
hamstring
erectors
obliques
I got tricked for a sec 5:29
🤣
13:02 was that a shortened partial deadlift, Dr Wolf, IF THAT'S YOUR REAL NAME? 😅
Bro when is this app actually coming out lol!!??
You’re wrong on glutes.
calves in lower and side delts in upper they are the most important ones
Personally I think many neck exercises are dangerous and they're only really needed if you're a boxer, wrestler, or some other combat athlete.
9:20 in a big t shirt you don’t notice a lagging upper back? WHAT
Milo should be on the back of the $100.00 bill!
Shoulders and Arms are 75% of looking muscular.
Calves are S tier
Nah, I'm always staring at calves
Milo bro… didnt know your legs were that damn big!!!
How i grow shoulders without pressing overhead? i already try ohp dumbell press viking even landmine my left shoulder always gives me pops and discomfort i already saw a doctor he says everything its fine but usually theydont give a fuck about sports related injuries and i dont have acess to better doctor...
Research: Zhao 2022, Frontiers in Neuroscience
I appreciate the video even though you called me cringe😂
Is this some brainrot meme I didn't get? Calves are by several orders of magnitude the most important lower body muscle, placing them below adductors!?! is insane, adductors are actively bad muscle to have big both aestethically and functionally
Tom Platz’s adductors were what made his leg look so insane, what are you talking abkut?
I agree calves are the most importan lower body muscle for aesthetics, and I say that as someone who has bad calves.
If you're wearing jeans, no one will notice your calves. However, they will notice your quads
mfw genetically i lack most in the muscles in S tier
Glutes, calves, chest and arms! It is amazing how attractive both men and women find a good butt
You've been working for years and constantly updating an app that hasn't even been released yet. How does it sustain itself?
Glutes, calves, forearms and a powerful back.
Lets be fair my body is too broken and at the point where gaining muscle is not even possible even more. So it doesn't even matter
And mike o hearn will still look the same and still get all the women and men
I've just realised I'm old relative to your audience
Can you post a reply to Lyle?
