@lsfchamp22 with a tether you need to find out which type it is to know how to hook it back up.just about any bike shop will test the tether and tell you what it is for free.
Chris G if you fall off a lot then yea but if your able to hold on tight you should be good without. They are basically a safety feature for when you fall of and your throttle sticks you quad don’t end up 2 counties away.
i just bought a team alba kill switch its a open tether.they want you to ground the wire into the coil are team alba kill switched bad?i heard rumors people saying only buy gytr kill switches becuase other kill switches that you have to ground the wire into the coil will eventually frie your ignition is this true?
Very helpful! I have an 05 yz450 and I needed the tether lanyard switch for huge hill climbs. Thanks for the vid man!
@lsfchamp22 you always check the oil from the black tank in the front then recheck it after the quad is warmed up to make sure it is still full.
@XCRacer93 yes as long as you water proof any wires really well.
@BWRProductions yes it is possible to fry the ignition coil if you wire it to ground out the coil power.
What exactly would happen if someone fried the ignition coil?

@chrissy23r as long as the tank in the front is showing the proper level you are fine.
Hey brother. Its me from your other oil mod video. Would you recommend a kill switch even for a trail and sand dune weekend rider?

Just cut the one and solder the 2 together and use a shrink wrap
would this be the same on a blaster
Do you have any idea how to do a Pro Designs kill tether? I just got one and the instructions make zero sense.
BWRProductions did you ever figure it out.?
I need a good video on removing one I don't have any need for mine and think it's to blame with the problems I'm having any ideas anyone?
