    Can you freeze them, uncooked? Would it change the taste?

      I froze them for a 4 days as wanted my mum to try. They were okay

    Tried making them today wasn’t able to get the skin as thin when rolling and piling them any tips

      I have the same issue. After you cut all the segments, leave them to rest, covered for 5 minutes or more then they are easy to roll thinner. Or you can use pasta machine to roll thinner
