The R22 is a Toy Compared too the Switzer/Hughes....Follow the POH for the preflight,. This video is way more than the Average preflight. This is a Pre flight on a Ship you have never flown. There is also heat tape strips that you need to check. You should also check all controls inside for any Issues. I did learn a lot, great video. Know the machine you are operating...
Shout out to all helicopter adventures alumni out there! At the time, this was the largest helicopter school in the world! I was in the middle of of my instrument training when my buddy Pete Meinster and I met this woman by the pool at the apartments we lived in Titusville Florida, still have a few of Pete’s Helicopter Adventures inc. patches from when he was a refueler there……good times!

Her weight empty is near tô 450 kgs/1670lbs Max for B model and C is superior and lift with 3 persons in cabine with a lot of gasoline.
