I never comment on youtube videos, but I have been looking for a perfect Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani recipe and this is THE ONE! I followed the instructions as mentioned and it came out PERFECT. The only change I made was to pressure cook mutton for 4 whistles since I wasn't sure if 2 whistles would suffice. Mutton was cooked very well and fell off the bone! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

But your recipe says 1cup oil. You gave 1cup =250 ml. That was the confusion . In India people use all size cups .that's why it good to give volume in ml. Tsp tbsp
